BSN works with the customer during the conceptual design stage, undertakes design, development and deployment of the application and provides web hosting (recommended) if so required by the customer. Additionally, end-user training with supporting operating manuals is provided if necessary. While customers are provided with an easy way of making instantaneous updates to informational pages on their own, the maintenance of the actual software (inclusive of minor upgrades) is undertaken by BSN on a monthly-fee basis.
