Ambrose possesses substantial knowledge in the area of business processes re-engineering, project management, project planning and systems implementation, garnered during his 14 years of working at Belize Electricity Limited (BEL). At BEL, Ambrose was instrumental in the preparation of Business Plans and long-term Technical Plans and Proposals. He had worked closely with the Generation Manager to produce the second long-term Technical Plan (10-Year Plan) for BEL and the first such work ever done exclusively by BEL’s Engineering Staff. He had also worked with the Business Development Manager on developing Economic and Business Outlook and Power Marketing initiatives for the development of the company’s Business Plans. As the Senior Planner at BEL, Ambrose was involved with the planning and implementation of the Belize Power II Project, in which he was responsible for overall technical supervision of the project.
Over the past two years at BSN, Ambrose has led the conception, design and development of Track ‘N’ Ship: a first-of-its-kind online inventory, customer service and warehouse management software for the logistics industry. The software has first been used by OneBin, Inc. to provide customers with a unique physical mailing address in the United States, which can be used for the shipment of items ordered by customers online. Customers use the software to manage their individual accounts and to manage the items that have been received by OneBin on their behalf. OneBin personnel can use the software’s web interface to manage customers, manage the inventory of items available for customers, manage the warehouses used to receive items on behalf of customers and manage shipping requests made by customers.
